Hey All How You Doing? Me Better Much Better Now!

Well I Have Got Something to Share!

With all those seeking to get into business, wanting to expand their Businesses, their Relationships, or their personal lives as well.

Is it the Holy Grail? I truly don't know as of yet but I am going to dig a little deeper and find out for myself. It's a Master Mind Group with ties to a Solution Company that Coaches and Mentors people on How to Id and interact with the many different personalities out there in the world today.

The ones we must do business with, live our lives with, and even how to understanding our own personality and how it interacts with the rest of the people in our dysfunctional world today.

As I find out more I'll give you more as I learn and grow I'll let you know. If your in the Valparaiso, Indiana area or even in the nearby areas please let me know if you would be interested in starting this program or any of Its other programs.

I will find out more starting next month about the second week or so I have taken on a lot of new activities and responsibilities this year. So I can grow and expand my Business PW&OSfStSM .

As some of you know I have kind of been hobby building this site and Its build these last four years. I believe this will be the Company's break out year. I have much to do redo and build.

I have many systems to build and get up and running. I will need to start earning actively because the passive streams are not yet strong enough to support everything and supply funding for the massive growth I will need to generate this year.

The first few weeks I have been around but not actively blogging so you have not seen much activity at my blogs/ websites. This is because I have ran around and joined several MeetUp Groups and Master Mind Groups in the North West area to learn the missing pieces to my puzzle and this last week or two I have learned many more of the pieces were missing then I had originally thought.

So I will be busy, busy very busy these first few months or even the whole first quarter. I am not sure just yet. So things will seem to be dormant but they will quickly be very active again soon. I will try to do some shot gun blogging in the weekends ahead, but no promises. As I never know what might pop up that I can earn some extra income at; to further this process along.

This is a little teaser of the Master Mind group we have. Many of them are popping up as the year gets under way. Everyone is starting to be a little more optimistic about the year ahead for business. So we need to get busy and start working together to grow our Businesses as a community of Business owners.

We much to do. And Plans we will be developing everywhere daily to help us all do just that. Success is a Chore and Passive Income is Not Passively Created!

Hey All How You Doing? Me I am a Little Better Now!

As I believe I have gotten the Site at Sinbadthesailorman Dot Com under control.

Here is what the deal was my Hub and site “Sinbad The Sailor Man Dot Com” was acting up and when I put a ticket in I found out It has been UN supported for the last Year! But Now what is left of it and still up and working is at Sinbadthesailorman Dot Info.

I am currently Rebuilding the PW&OSfStSM Site at a WordPress Themed Site. It will still be Hosted at Fatcow.com and It will have the Original Dot Com address Sinbadthesailorman.com.

The Dot Info should be Up but, It may not be Fully Functioning not even as well as It did Yesterday! And It will decline in functionality as time goes by. There is nothing I can do about It as of today Its a third party website builder for Fatcow and It is being phased out! But like a way Back Site you'll be able to see what It is and was.

This Post will be a site wide Posting and you will see It at all my sites and on my FaceBook pages, Twitter.com, and wherever else I can think about getting It up and then remember to do so.

The New Wordpress Theme is Visible

But appears nothing like a Wordpress theme and It Won't for a good week and a half most likely. But the Addresses of both sites are showing up as Up and they are something and Bits and Pieces of both.

They are not completely restored and the Old Website won't be to my understanding as I mentioned above here. So this is why I am putting this Info Out too you all. So you don't think I built a bunch of totally useless crap and slapped It up trying to make a buck.

Well I got to Run because I am under the Gun Here and I need to try and save the Christmas rush earnings ability If I can If Not Oh well It Looks like Easter and St Valentines Day will be my next chance to earn with Amazon.com and my other Affiliates.

Amazon to Ebay, Ebay to Amazon The Middle Men of Today!

Well everyone wants to make a profit at this time a year, but are you paying more then you need to?

Did you Know that hundreds of folks are using Amazon products at E-bay? Nope I must admit that I never thought about doing that but that is what is going on and has been for years why? Because Amazon is the worlds authority when it comes to Shipping and taking orders world wide.

How are the E-bayers making Money? Simple they Mark up just enough to increase their profits an cover their expenses. Say five to fifteen dollars an Item.

Why does this work? Simple Localized Visibility. An auction runs only so long and is only seen by so many this is why Amazon and E-bay will never be saturated.

Millions of products and localized visibility for short periods of time the shorter the better once established. Only so many people can view so many products at or in a certain amount of time.

Here To Get a Better Idea of What I am Talking About Watch this E-bay Master

A smart E-bayer knows that if they list correctly especially at this time of year. When all the deals seem to be flying about they'll snag many fishes. Who are swimming around hungry to save a buck.

They'll do this by listing only so many of a certain item and shorting the auction, and adding a buy now button along with a Paypal credit button.

Creating a need and producing a solution all at once. K-marts and Wal-Marts and their likenesses do this in many different ways also. The famous Midnight sit in waiting to get the most treasured toy or deal. Remember the Tickle Me Elmo?

The after the Thanks Giving meal Black Thursday. And now Black Friday, Black Saturday and Black Sunday weekends. Why? To create the feeling of Limited time to buy a specific item or get one or several for free.

Sell a few cheap or give away a few so that the rest must pay top dollar for the same cheapo toy or TV. That soon after the Holidays will be marked down and move off the floors for half or 70% off. Its a game the masses have been playing since the fifties.

The Next Game after the Christmas Holiday is the Tax return Game many Big ticket items are purchased during this Gaming event.

But Today the Smart E-bayer does this 365 days a year all year long and his customers are none the wiser and are happy to pay the Mark Ups and the shipping and the listings of some E-bayers.

Thinking all a long that He (the customer) got the better deal; illusions. All Illusions that the American public (the Consumer) has been trained to fall into from the First Grade and even in most cases Kindergarten on up to parenthood.

Saturday mornings were the day the Brainwashing began in my day back in the Sixties. Today its everyday all hours of the day for children lucky enough to have cable or satellite TV hook ups. The Must haves, Got to haves, They got's, We needs, and all of the other rig a ma rows.

No I am not a member of the "Jet Set" simply because I am a member of the "Debt Set". Because I laid away my Christmas Day event and then was Laid off for the Holidays. Oops I made a mistake that's all.

How many people actually plan for the Holidays? Sure we all mean to but the sacrifice only comes when the Fire is turn upped and the rush is on.

So Why are E-bayer or at least some E-bayers Middle Men? Its because their using Amazon as their Drop Shipper and Supplier. A smart move actually because Amazon is a Top Dog in the world wide purchase Order, Fill Order and Shipping Order Game.

An E-bayer or a E-Marketer goes to Amazon finds a well desired or reasonably price Item or Items, and well like Products. Takes the Images and descriptions of the products; alters the description ever so slightly and then Lists them or it at their own Online stores or E-bay sites; at a mark Up that covers their expenses and makes them a small to reasonable profit. Larger than the Amazon Company offers Its Affiliates and Sellers.

Nothing illegal or immoral about It just smart Business. Buy Low Sell High the old school way; but this deal is one better at Don't buy until you have sold as well as buy it low and sell it higher. And the added bonus of an auction is an added value there.

For there could be and most likely will be a bidding war. So what if it is a readily available object every day of the week at Amazon?

You could try this for your selves and If you are lucky enough you may have found a good way to earn on the World Wide Web.

Several times over the past few weeks, I have been asked what advice I would give to affiliate marketers who are just starting out and trying to learn the ropes.

During my time at PW&OSfStSM, I have seen many affiliates come from knowing very little about what they should be doing to beginning to doing it successfully by picking up on some small detail that the rest of us have all over-looked.

While every affiliates path to success will be different, there are several general pieces of this puzzle that I think can benefit every affiliate marketer.

I hope they will be useful to you an in helping you as you undertake your cruise to affiliate marketing success.

Treat affiliate marketing as your job! I can not stress this point enough. While the ultimate goal of most affiliate marketers is to eventually make enough money to only have to work an hour or two a day (and there are many who do this and have been for years).

One of the Golden keys is to start off well in affiliate marketing.

Work it! And as hard as you would any other job. No! Forget that! You will need to work it harder than any other job that you every had, but only while setting it up. The most successful affiliate marketers started out by putting in long hours and doing lots of work and studying.

On promotions, as well as in studying effective methods of marketing, and then actually putting them into practice. If you work 8 hours a day doing affiliate marketing, you're going to be successful a lot sooner than if you only work 2 or 4 hours a day.

Even if you're only doing affiliate marketing part-time, the more time you spend on it the beginning phases the more successful you're likely to become.

Do what you're good at and do the things you love to do!

Affiliate marketing takes a lot of work, but it is not labor intensive, but It is time consuming. One of the best parts of being an affiliate marketer is the freedom to choose how, when, or where you work.

The Choices are all up to you!

On what products you will wish to promote and for those that you will chose. This is totally up to you. No one, but you! The best way to avoid getting to the point or becoming a burnout failure; while attempting this task.

Especially when you're not yet making any head way or money just yet, is to choose promotional techniques that fit your personal style.

Choose something you would have been talking about or interacting with anyways; these are the Niche Sites, Hobby sites, Club Sites, Politics, Religion, almost anything that floated your boat before you decided to become a Mark I mean Marketer.

Can and will work. Except stay away from the porno and derogatory defaming, hurtful Sites. They work, somewhat, but they are being phased out. They don't fit in a true business model and they shouldn't be used for any long term plan. Or in my personal opinion at all!

Not everyone is a great writer, or even enjoys writing.

If this describes you, you're probably better off avoiding article marketing, which requires you to write large quantities of high-quality content. Or Pay to have outsourced. But this doesn't mean you don't use it!

You have need of every tool at your command and you will use Articles with every product. When you can have Original content or find or pay someone to write these things for you. Odesk.com might help you when your starting out check them out.

If you're not the most social person and prefer anonymity, you probably won't enjoy social media marketing very much either.

Since one of the main reasons for doing affiliate marketing is so you can work how you want to and whenever from wherever.

It becomes so important to for you figure out what suits your style and personality. And again don't be afraid of hiring out the type of work your not good at. After all your in it to make the money to afford you the time to do as you please. And most of all to enjoy that Time above all else.

Your journey will better serve you, and you will be more willing to sail the course; if you are enjoying yourself. And to do this It will need to please you to even bother trying to sail your own ship. Or to embark upon the Journey in the first place.

Why I Do This...

Hello my name is Donald Beres Jr and I am a
“Vemma Independent Brand Partner” And the CEO/ Owner of: Poetry Writes & Other Stuff from Sinbad the Sailor Man dot com

What that means is I run my own Home Based Businesses. And now with the help of my Up-line En-rollers of Vemma I have added a Major player in my passive and residual income streams. As they help me I help those who are beneath me in Vemma We all; learn and grow our own Vemma Brand Businesses, but we try to do this together for we are a team.

As I said I have been running my own Website for the last year and a half now about 19 months. I started in July 2010 trying to help others learn how they can get started earning a passive and residual income stream. When I stumbled upon Vemma.

What is Vemma? Well Vemma is an “Acronym” for our Parent Company name. It stands for Vitamins, Essential, Minerals, Mangosteen, and Aloe.

As I was building the website I mentioned above or PW&OSfStSM I knew it would take me about three to five years to make It become profitable. Until I stumbled onto Vemma.

I did this because someone had picked up on what I was trying to do with my own website and /or I filled out a web form; about earning money On-line. Turning me into a lead on someone else's List. Thank God I did or some one else did this for me.

See I have been on Disability for over a decade and counting. Because I have a back that has been busted and broken up. And one that has been operated on three times already; with future surgeries looming on my horizon. I was pretty bad off and getting worst every year that proceeded forward.

With muscle and joint pain, snapping, crackling, and popping joints. Shooting and Stabbing pain down the sides of my thighs. And not to mention all the other side effects that came with all the extra strength pain pills.

Such as Morphine and Oxycontin and many types of anti-inflammatory drugs. Which did nothing, but a number on my Emotions, Personality, Mobility, Memory, Sight, over all appearance, and many other conditions which made my life very unbearable.

Even though I still kept trying to get better and back to work. It just was not happening for me. I tried several times. I even learned to drive a semi-truck and did so Over the Road until they canceled my Dot Medical. Just six months after I started working for a great Company.

I then latter lost the ability to even drive at night. And then I lost the taxi job that I got after losing the ability to drive the semi-truck. So I tried a few other things. But they too did not work out for very long.

I was really getting depressed and feeling really bad and very forgetful too. I did not care anymore, and I resign my self to being disabled, broke and depressed. I found myself wanting, hoping for and needing a second income.

This is when I turned my personal web page into my own personal website and 19 months later Vemma and I found each other. And we have been together ever since. On December 29th 2011 I started with the Vemma Liquid Supplement.

I did this to Show my readers what a MLM Marketing Company was like. And I was bent on showing how hard it was to do these types of Businesses. But to my surprise It wasn't. And their Product actually worked for me and It is still working for me.

Although all my pain is not totally gone nor will it ever be without losing about 100 lbs first and the possibility of another surgery. The Doc said the next time I was getting two metal rods and three metal collars. I have done my absolute best to see that this does not happen.

But with just the use of this product alone for about 16 days. I had begun to have more energy, less joint pain, and less noise within my joints. I have less pain over all now. And I haven't had an episode of a lock up or lack of mobility.

Which I did weekly before I started with the Vemma program. I had to side step up and down stairs. and Crawl in and out of bed every morning. Now I can walk up stairs and I can most of the time go down them normally without taking a half step touching every step twice. And I can sit up in bed and slide right out; most days.

My skin is much improve as it was dry and getting thin and I have lost a few lbs too. On just the Vemma Supplement itself. I am every happy with the Product and I used it for a month and a half before I decided to also try the Vemma’s Business Opportunity.

I have been doing the business about a month now and I have not been really trying or actively seeking people out yet. But I will be here soon. Because this product is that good and I think just about everyone could and will benefit from Its use.

My results aren't typical or so they say they aren't. It may take some up to 90 plus days to fill any significant differences in their health and/or energy levels. I guess I was just that bad off.

I hope that you are not this bad off, but I also hope you feel something right away. So that you know that this Product it does work. The first thing most people do report is the increase in energy and a better nights sleep.
