MLM Marketing Why is It a 95%-97% Failure Rated Business Model?





Well Humans will be Humans. It is the lack of Knowledge that most are destroyed by in the MLM Marketing Industry. People don't understand how it works and they seek to figure It out. And when they can't they Quit! Plain and simple they get into cheaply. And don't see the value of the gift. They have unrealistic beliefs in the system that they have. And They've no power to control It for their lack of understanding It. It works! Just let It work for you! It will work for you if you Let It!

I must say, I know and knew this up front, but yet I did it anyways. People today are looking. Seriously looking to become wealthy. Hey stop right there! People have always been looking to do this, since the first King and his kingdom was set up! People have been looking to do the same. It’s good to be the King and we all Know It or so we believe it is.

The trouble is. One truly needs a reason to become as rich as a King or as Wealthy as a King. And most are not willing to do what One must do, to become so. Here today we have very few Kingdoms left. That are run by actual Kings and Queens for the same reasons that many fail in these MLM Marketing Models.

There is a lot of time and commitment one must put into these types of Businesses. Most do not understand; not only are they buying into and selling a product or a line of products, but they are actually buying into and selling a dream and vision. One with a specific thought in mind. This thought It is to share the wealth of those who truly desire It and deserve It. Most people are sheep and have been so all of their lives, and most will remain so.

A real MLM Marketing Model and Not what they are most commonly thought to be at first glance; a Pyramid. Has made many leery of trying the new business model of our time. Yes there has been a many of Scam and Schemes pull on the ones unwilling to seek the unseen knowledge. That they will need to become successful. And then they fall into traps well laid by dishonest men. And this is not anything new it too has been around since the very first kingdom was set up.

Let's face it we all want as much as we can get; for as little as we have to give. Human nature or the nature of the beast. The old saying goes “if It is too good to be true It usually is”; this rings true for most of us. If not all of us. 

People MLM Marketing takes work! It is not hard work, nor is it labor intensive, but it is work nonetheless. I for one am not a fan of the telephone or talking on the phone, but yes I have to overcome this; were as most people do not. I am not all that good at communicating things picture perfect and crystal clear. But I can share a story and my results with a product or system that I have used. As many of us, if not all of us can.



 


People to succeed with these types of businesses which all have to do with personal contact and genuine excitement and truthful emotions. One must be these things or believe that they do or are able to make others believe that they do.

Most people don’t believe in their products. Or because of their dealings they soon find themselves unsure, doubtful, or have convinced themselves that it is the system or products that are failing. When all the truth be told of the matter. And it will not be! When one tells the facts in their own interest or on their own behalf. For the reasoning that they have failed or are failing.

We all have done this and we all still do this again and again. It is the Human nature or the nature of the beast; that causes us to do this, blame game. And it will take some skills, to learn to accept the blame and then learn from it and then master it.  

The Biggest secret in any Business is you must help others reach or attain something they desire, want, and/or need. By doing so you can achieve the riches that will eventually make you wealthy.

But caution; this only happens when you do not use others or deceive others or trick others into your products or services. 

Remember "what goes around comes around" and Karma is a Bitch!
And everything you have ever done is being recorded in a book; to your shame or to your fame. Learn to play the Game of Life by the proper rules and guidelines. Ignorance of these rules; is not an acceptable excuse on that final day. 

Find A Mentor or Three


Why else is it that many fail? I believe that they have no "Why" or reason as to it. Why is It that they desire the Business? Most don’t! They desire the "Money" and not the "Knowledge" that earns the money.

They get their steps out of order. They have no ground to stand on; no anchor to keep them from drifting away, from their initial want, desire, vision, or dream. That they needed the money for in the first place.

They can’t see the long term picture. They do not understand how or why the system that fuels a MLM business model works. They seek to understand an unexplained fact or natural response from the market place and when they can’t do so.

They get frustrated and draw the wrong conclusions and place blame. For this is Human Nature. Something or Someone is to blame. Always it is the sheep that blames the field or the shepherd never itself.  

MLM’s are mostly Usage and Referral Systems with a simple and basic Idea behind them. As lets say Amway was and is. They were one of these that first started the concept and they were light years before their Time in my opinion.

I’ll use them as an example. The Idea: to deliver a product that everyone needs and uses daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. The product: a versatile Cleaner/Soap that was much more than everyday Soap.

The product by the way is still selling today; and world wide. Amway is a global enterprise worth billions today. The system back when it started was still in the developmental stages, because It was a new system.


Save Yourself Up to 20hrs Per Week Maybe More!


A ranking system that passed money or commissions upstream; and to those who brought others into share in the products. And now the commissions earned by them by being loyal consumers of the products. As well as word of mouth sales people or referrers to the system.

The Ideal, was simple enough. You sign up buy your products; that you need, and that replaced all the other products that you were currently buying. And needed to buy any ways repeatedly. You save some money this way; right from the start. You then get others to do what you have done. And then they do the same and so on and so on.

After a certain amount of members are under you; you start getting your product for free. Not really you are earning the money with the volume that you created; to pay, for your product. Further down the line. IF the consumers all stay loyal to the Branded product and If you continue to refer Others and sign them up into the system.

You begin to earn some percent of their commissions; as well as your own. A compounding begins to occur. You begin to earn money and still get your product for “free” or as a perk or a bonus here and there other perks and bonuses are added to you for achieving this and that.


 


The problem! People did not stay loyal to the Brand. They still spent on the other brands that they were using before. They didn’t sell themselves, but sold the idea to others. Who eventually did the same as their referrers did.

The idea was being undermined by the referrers. Subconsciously and through their own actions and spending habits. The new customer eventually did as the referrer did. Which canceled out the repetitive orders; which stop the commission checks, the perks and the bonuses.

This was do to the improper understanding of how the money was being created. And then divided among the pools, ranks, and teams. People believed if only they got others to join that the system; It would still work, and It did for a cycling or two; maybe three, but when their orders stop or were cut back: so was the earning pools ability to create recurring and growing funds.

Hey everyone needs soap and cleaning products! The idea was sound. And it is still sound and it works for some still today, but not for all. MLM’s reward only those who are continually loyal to the brand. In two ways; by their usage and by their ability to create new volume. By getting others to try the product and to become loyal to the company’s product lines. Through word of mouth referrals.

Some other reasons so many fail, are they are un-coachable, they have not sold themselves, fear, lack of proper training, or they are timid. You must talk to people, you must be able to relate the product; through your own, experiences with it.

You are the referrer, it is you they are basing their purchases on; at least the initial purchase. You are the Product for that first sale! You are their go to guy. The one that relates to their fears and relieves them of their anxieties.

You are their confidant, their comrade in arms. Your are their Up- stream en-roller. Another reason so many fail is the lack of support from this key member in the chain the Upline enroller/ trainer mentor.

MLM Marketing is here to stay. They are growing and they can earn you a considerable salary. Which is based on your sales, your personal volume, your enrollees volume, and your ability to teach others how to succeed in the system. The one that you first must master.

Every MLM Company has its own system, but they are basically the same. One, two, or three teams under you. Then the Volume of sales; through your usage. And your downstream customers, members, and enrollee’s along with their volume; makes up your recurring volume, or earnings. Their customers and new enrollees and members and their volume which is a one time sale; which you are hoping to make a recurring membership.  

Most will quit the business part of the MLM and about a third will never join. Others will try and quit, but some will become customers. So its a win for those upstream. Those that stay in the stream. Because the money flows upstream and to those who keep the water flowing. Any MLM team or team structure will take Time to build. And as well an Investment in the Product, and Training and training supplies.

You will need to learn how the system divides the pools. Commissions; when and how your bonuses, are paid. What the cycling's are and if any are being used. The proper people to bring into the business. have the ability to identifying others; who would be loyal consumers, and those who might be worth your time and efforts to coach.

Those within your own down line streams are your responsibility to train. To be really successful you must help your down line stream people; reach their next level as soon as possible. Remember the cash flows upstream not downstream. You must earn your bonuses; by being active, weekly monthly etc. etc.

Best of luck! Remember there is no such thing as luck in this business, only an opportunity passed upon or one passed on. Make your own luck; by learning and teaching your personal team members and theirs.
